Yet another modular noob in need of help.

I’m putting together a eurorack format modular synth. My EG is an Erica Synths and it came with a tiny component that I cannot identify in the same baggy as the Alan wrench and screws. Can anyone tell me what it is? It’s nowhere to be found online or in their instructions.
