Moog style vco for less than $250?

Hello.

I want to build a eurorack synth that sounds close to a moog synth. However the VCOs that are built on the moog vcos are closer to $400. (The ajh vco and aion 921 vco)

The vcos that I am considering are: the wmd spectrum, studio electronics oscillation, intellijel Rubicon/Dixie 2+, lifeforms primary oscillator, or the doepfer a110-1.

Which of the ABOVE will sound closest to a moog vco?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you --Joshua
