how to get rid of noise floor

I have a Roland Juno DS-61 and the noise floor is too prominent, through the 6.35mm headphone output, with a low impedance IEM. Also, when multiple sounds are played at the same time, the sound crackles.

How can I get rid of this? Would a high impedance headphone solve it? Or the only way is to get an AMP and use the L/R outputs?
