Hey, quick question about the MS-1 and the Ext Clock In

So, I currently have the clock running out of my Minilogue into the Ext. Clck In on my MS-1 and it seems to only effect the random waveform on the LFO. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. I figure it might just be the clock from the minilogue being finicky as usual, but I don't understand why it would effect one waveform and not another. Thanks in advance for any help.
