Pitch bend joystick won't go above a certain value (Roland device).

Hi guys.

It's not particulary a synth question, rather a keyboard question since Roland using joysticks on their devices for like 40 years.

So I have a A49 midi keyboard and I've noticed the pitch bend won't go up above a certain value. For example if I set the PB range to 2 semitones it only goes up 90% and at this point I also noticed if I use some force I can bring it up one more percent. It works perfectly bending down. I tested multiple daws and settings so I assume it's a physical issue. Has anybody encountered this problem before?

Any suggestion on how it can be fixed is appreciated.
