Has anybody been successful in contacting this company...ever? I have a Tanzbar 2, which sounds amazing, but the pattern chaining function does not work properly. I'm using the latest firmware 1.7. I tried emailing them at both emails info@mfberlin.de and upport@mfberlin.de">support@mfberlin.de and no response after a week. i tried faxing them at 030-802-3613 and keep getting either a busy signal or a "not in service" message. The only way to reach these guys is via facebook, and i doubt if they answer any questions there either regarding bugs and such. I'm frustrated man...
