microKORG display specifications

Hi guys,

I would like to mod my microKORG similar to this:

Since they only ship inside the US, I'm looking for a compatible display.
Does anyone know if the display is common cathode or common anode?
Common cathode seems to be a lot more common.
I measured the characters to be about 14mm in height, so .56" seems right.
Would .52" also be ok?
