[module recommendation] midi to CV converter

I want to integrate this device into my modular. It's a midi controller that gets powered via USB-A.

So what I need is a midi to CV converter module that has a USB-A host connection. I already found the Polyend Poly 2 but unfortunately it's sold out (and also a bit overpowered for my usecase).

Any recommendations are appreciated!
