device that can sample sounds (with built-in mic / own mic) for a reasonable price?

Hey! Right now i have a TR-6s + Model:Cycles, TR-6s is going out since i don't use it that much, Model:Cycles AMAZING!

I'd love to sample random stuff, then change the sound, like on the OP-1, are there any other devices that are capable of doing that? or maybe a bit more limited with a cheaper price tag? haha

i want to replace TR-6s for something a bit more capable, preferably i'd like to spend 400 euro.

edit: second hand is possible.
