Tracker for Android/Chromebook?

I'm curious to mess around with a tracker on phone (Android) and/or tablet (Chromebook, which is also Android). Browser based is fine. An offline mode would be great, but not required.

It would be even better if I could write something in the tracker and use it to sequence an external midi synth (if it were USB class compliant this seems feasible at least). Not a requirement though.

Mostly a curiosity at this point, just want to see if the tracker workflow clicks with me.
