Recently I bought my first synth and groovebox which is the Novation Circuit Tracks. I have really been enjoying it as my first external synth, it’s a nice break from software VSTs. I have $200 to spend on music this Christmas and I was thinking of either pairing the Circuit Tracks with a Volca Keys synth or getting Syntorial.
From what I hear syntorial is a really in depth ear training interactive synthesis course, and I tried out some of the demo and found that I could learn quite a lot using it.
Knowing this, should I get the Volca or Syntorial? They’re both about the same price, I will get both eventually but for now I have to make a choice.
