Audio interface or mixer for first synth

Hi guys, I got my first synthesizer the other day (Behringer deepmind 6). I did not realize it only had the L/R output on it, but it’s okay. If I wanted to get a stereo output to some monitors, should I get a mixer or an audio interface? The audio interfaces I’m looking at only have 1 instrument in so I’m assuming the noise would be mono. Also, with a little cheap mixer could I send signal to my DAW for recording and controlling?
