Blofeld not making sound after failed dump and also a drop

Hi all Have a blofeld desktop. Wanted to use the Bigglesworth editor and fired it up for the first time. The dump from blofeld to software was clearly not working after 20 mins so I aborted it. Shortly thereafter I dropped the unit. ??‍♂️ Once hooked up directly to my monitors, the unit is no longer outputting sound but is picking up midi from my keyboard.

I’ve no idea if it was the drop or this clearly failed dump.

Any help appreciated.
