CV Sync to Tap Tempo Conversion?

I've spent several days searching around for this and couldn't find anything quite what I need. I have a guitar looper pedal I'm using with synths, that accepts tap tempo in from an expression pedal.

I have a Volca and a PO and a MicroBrute that I sync with CV Sync. I'd like to use the Volca CV Sync out as the master and sync everything else to it including the guitar pedal. Every conversion thing I see online is about CV to midi, midi to CV, or midi to tap tempo. I even found tap tempo to CV!

But still no CV to tap tempo. Has anyone had luck with such a thing? I'd love to just buy a small converter device but if I have to program a raspberry Pi or something I can do that also.
