Recording in stereo with UAD arrow

Could anyone let me know if it would be possible to record a prophet 08 rev2 in stereo with a UAD arrow interface. There seems to only be two trs outputs for monitors and one trs input for line instruments. There are two xlr inputs in the back, is it possible to record in stereo or would I need some other piece of hardware to do this
