Behringer Pro-1 Pitch Bend Issue

Just got my Behringer Pro-1 yesterday and I absolutely love the thing, it's one of the best sounding synths I've ever owned.

BUT

It has an issue with the pitch bend over midi. If you release a note while performing a pitch bend, the note drops to the lowest note the Pro-1 can release, a C1 or C0 or something. I'm not the only one who has experienced it, here's a guy demonstrating the exact issue:

I have a ticket with Music Tribe but I'm not super optimistic after reading about others with similar problems. Anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

I bought it through Amazon so the return process is pretty easy, wondering if I should just go ahead and send it back.
