Tubbutec uTune Microtonal vs H-Pi TBX2b

Has anyone tried either or both of these?

Im looking to send microtuned scales to hardware synths from a controller or from a DAW output. I think both of these will do that and allow me to load my own scales but just curious if anyone had any experiences or good/bad experiences with either. Thanks!
