Question about voltage range of BugBrand PTDelay

Hi folks. There is a line on this delay module that said, "The CV input is designed for typical CV signals with a range of 5 to 10V peak-to-peak (max. advised +/-10V) and any external modulation is summed with the voltage set by the main Delay Time control." What does this mean? Does this mean it takes anything from 5Vpp to 10Vpp? Like 0~5V, -5~5V, 0~10V are all okay? Anyone can help?
