Looking for books about the history and ins/outs of modular synthesis.

Good afternoon everyone, so I’m really just looking for recommendations on books that you guys have read and enjoyed about the history of Modular Synthesis, and also books that can help me learn more about how and why things work the way they do.

I’m still relatively new to modular, synths in general actually. Been messing with Eurorack for about 6-7 months now. So I’m really interested in learning more in general.
