Ergonomics of patching

I started my hardware journey late last year and injured my back in January. So during my recovery I've realized how horrible my straight vertical case is for my posture and back/shoulders especially.

So I'm curious. How do you all take care of ergonomics and having decent posture? Beyond just taking breaks often.

Do you sit, stand, kneel? Is your case flat on the table/ground? Is it upright? Is it angled in any way?

Pictures are a bonus!

Thanks
