Using Moog Model D as MIDI Controller

I'm looking to buy a Prophet 5 desktop module and I'd like to use my Moog Model D as a controller. Is it possible to play chords/polyphonically on the Prophet 5 even though the Model D is a monophonic synth ?

Thanks for the help!
