Microkorg help wanted

Hey guys, thanks to the help given to me from another post I was finally able to start up my new Microkorg, but now I can’t get the audio to work. I’m currently using a standard 3.5mm set of headphones plugged into a 1/4 inch adapter. The problem is I can’t hear anything no matter how loud I have the volume or whatever my settings are. What should I do?
