Anyone here found a way of linking MPE to CV though Ableton

As per the title, have a hybrid modular setup that I send CV from Ableton ( envelope followers, LFO's etc ) to though my Expert Sleepers interface. Just purchased a Roli Seaboard though and I'm scratching my head for a way to send MPE to CV ( with CV tools ) into the modular.

Anyone here experimented with/found a solution to this here?
