Modular ASR 10?

Hey all. Say I wanted to try to replicate the functionality of something like the Ensoniq ASR 10 in a compact modular setup, would this be doable? Aimed at live sample based music. DAWless on the fly sampling, looping, and layering is the goal. Already have an Arturia Keystep for sequencing (? Upgrade recommedations?), a Moog M32 + DFAM (probably sell these two for more module money? I really want the Subharmonicon, can I get this functionality in modular? Rack one?), plus I have things i'd like to sample into it (vinyl, bass, keys, guitars mics). Is this achievable? Forgive me for my potentially noobish question.
