 | Bought something that never got sent, requested refund. Waited 48hrs, contacted Reverb Support who said to give them 48 hours to hear back from the seller. Rinse and repeat 3 times!! It has been 15 days since I payed and 9 days since I requested a refund. Reverb won't even let me leave negative feedback to the seller. I liked buying and selling on Reverb but this has really put me off it. Anyone else have a similar experience? [link] [comments] |
