Toraiz squid vs keystep pro

Hey there, I was planning to buy a keystep pro. From what I've seen, it seems to fit my needs. A "brain" able to sequence /control my gear. (tr8s, volca, reface cs and soon a waldorf blofeld). But I came across the squid. And I really loved it. (only based on YouTube reviews /demo) Some features look very interesting. I read a lot of complaints about the lack of support /firmware upgrades from pioneer. Is this a real deal breaker? What you guys do you think about that? Still wondering which one.. Nice day!
