Moog Sub Phatty: Replacing Mod/Pitch Wheels

I need to remove and clean its wheels, since they got sticky. But I'm worried about damaging my Moog, in the process of disassembling it.

Does anyone have a guide about how to do that? Or does anyone already did that and willing to share his knowledge? Thanks!
