Korg ES-1 NRPN to CC conversion

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Hey all,</p> <p>I have a korg ES-1 sample sequencer. I'd like to be able to use the controls to send CC messages to DAWs such as Cubase / Ableton as well as VSTs such as Kontakt</p> <p>The Korg sends NRPN, not CC though. I'm able to record the NRPN data into cubase via a MIDI track and it faithfully recreates my knob movements on playback.
