I need help with my new Korg, Microkorg

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Fellas, I’m new to the synth game and recently made my first purchase on Reverb for a Microkorg. However, when I try to turn it on, it flashes for a second, saying “Synth / Vocoder” along the panel, then turning right back off again. It didn’t come with an ac dc adapter, so I’m trying to play it using batteries.
