Looking for an interesting clock divider: RCD questions

I use it white a lot in my system and actually have 4 HP to fill. I figured why not a creative clock divider that might do a little bit more / different compared to the normal ones. RCD looks quite different. Is it running through the clock divisions like a sequencer or how exactly does it work? Also, really important for me, does it put out gates of just trigs at its outputs?
