Any idea what synth is being used in this Fear Factory song?

Dont know if this the right sub, but Im having trouble finding what synth or patch is making that "Eeeyyyyyooooooowwwww" sound in this Fear Factory track at the specific part linked below. A point in the right direction would be super appreciated.
