How can I make this dark sounds?

Hi, I've been producing a couple of years, and I still can't make these kinds of sounds that I like so much (I attached them so you can listen to them). I have compiled a few sounds and attached them to a soundcloud link. Anyone have any idea how I can make them? (I am clear that the modulation of the cutoff and a high resonance play an important role, but I can not create those sounds so psychedelic and also get clarity in the sound). I would also like to know if someone can advise me of a synthesizer that can help me make these sounds (digital, analog or modular), since with VST's I am not satisfied at all. Thanks¡
