My microkorg delay parameters don't affect the sound

I am having the most bizarre issue; no matter what patch I choose, when I change the delay settings it doesn't actually affect the delay. Changing other mod fx parameters works, the knobs all work on other settings, tried factory reset on all programs and global. I'm at a complete loss, the synth simply does not add delay to any sound anymore. Anyone have any insight?
