First Semi Modular Synth

I'm thinking of getting into euro rack synths by getting a semi-modular. I'm thinking either the Pittsburg SV-1 or the Behringer Neutron. I heard the SV-1 has better build quality but the Neutron has more features.

Thoughts on what first semi modular synth to get? Or any other synth suggestions?
