Clock Multiplier Module that Works in Audio Rates?

I've been looking for a clock multiplier for my system for the normal clock multiplier functions, but i was wondering if there are any that can respond to audio signals? for example i could feed an oscillator playing a bassline to the input and it spits a tone an octave up out of the x2 output.
