app for photographing/taking notes of patches

hi all,

can anyone recommend an app for photographing/taking notes of patches?

was trying text in 'markup', but it's a terrible way to work... maybe the iOS Notes app with photos included will do... maybe a dedicated folder to patches?

anyway, just thought i'd ask, incase someone has a good tip. something that could easily work with photos, short videos and text notes would be ideal
