Free running LFOs vs clocked LFO?

Which do you use/prefer?

I was looking at Ochd but am unattracted to the fact that its not clockable (I want everything to be synced with my DAW). Then I saw Batumi is clockable, but it takes up a lot of space (I have a small rack). What's your guys' opinions?
