Pad creation for Novation circuit

Does anyone know how to convert a patch/preset from a VST like DIVA or massive, etc. to a SYSEX file to load in to a Novation circuit as a drum pad sample. Looking to achieve the effect of pad sampling RÜFÜS uses in “underwater”
