Korg Nautilus 61, straight from the box, plug power chord in…hit power button:
The touchscreen does not activate at all, the lights under the analog buttons blink once, then nothing.
Thought maybe it’d been a bit too cold in the delivery vehicle so let it sit at ~ 70 degrees indoors for two hours, unplugged then replugged, same result. If I wait a bit and don’t unplug the chord touching the power button won’t cause the lights to blink, have to unplug and re-plug the power chord to recreate the momentary blink w/ the power button.
Tried 3 different outlets on different circuits in the house…no change.
It’s brand new so should be able to exchange I hope…still, disappointed and hoping it’ll somehow be fixable w/o dealing w/ warranties or returns
Thoughts?
