Did I ruin my MTM Startup?

Hello, pretty new to eurorack.

I was looking for clock and a headphone output, came across the MTM Startup. People online said it as a super easy diy build for people with minimal soldering experience. I have minimal soldering experience.

The module worked for 5 minutes. Now there is smoke and a spark coming from the power pin closest to the D4 component.

Did I mess up? Can this be fixed?
