Modular FM Input - Why no clear Hz/volt specifications?

I am trying to see what my Behringer Crave (Moog Mother 32) and MI Plaits Linear FM inputs are driven by per voltage and can't find any information.

Is 100 Hz per volt the standard or does it differ?

Using the Disting A5 algorithm, I'm not clear on converting Exp to Lin FM either to get a standard FM sound from an exp FM Input. Help?
