Sampler suggestions and Bastl MicroGranny opinions?

Hey, sorry to add to the long list of microgranny posts but I was wondering if there was any opinions on my specific use scenario.

In a two-piece band, looking for a way to playback, loop and modify samples between songs (big pile of guitar pedals I can run after if I want to go deeper into soundscaping). Microgranny seemed to fill that role well, as high fidelity isn't an issue at all, and the random nature you can get out of it sounded perfect. Also the ability to run a mic into it for live sampling and manipulation could be a bit of experimental fun.

But if anyone has any thoughts on if theres a better option, or if the microgranny wouldn't fully do what I want it to, please let me know, Thanks!
