Patch ideas using a guitar as a sequencer and voice? - SynthWizard - 06-22-2021 Patch ideas using a guitar as a sequencer and voice?

I plan to purchase a module that will convert pitch to CV and input my guitar into eurorack. I would like to use my guitar’s audio output as a pitch control but also use gates to generate rhythmic sequences that correspond to my timing on the guitar. The goal would be able to play a monophonic lead line, a synth voice that is essentially a duplication of that lead line, and also produce a lush pad that is rhythmically playing underneath using the gate.

Any suggestions for modules well suited to this task?

submitted by /u/wittgenstein_luvs_u
[link] [comments] |
